Microsoft said that they will announce the consumer features for their new Windows OS for phones, tablets and PC's in January. Microsoft introduces their next addition to Windows back in September, which is an OS universally designed for all screens from 4" and above. Earlier, Microsoft had unified their Store policies of Windows store and Windows Phone store.
There is a Technical Preview for Windows 10 which allows developers and enthusiasts to try Windows 10 before it's official release. By clarifying the bugs and issues from the Technical Preview, Microsoft will announce their Consumer preview for Windows 10 in January.
Microsoft already assured that Windows 10 will come to all devices which runs Windows Phone 8/8.1. So, everyone will be looking towards for the Windows 10 on Windows Phone devices.
Let's wait till January to see the Windows 10 in action.
